Tooltip
Orta invokes a rune of devastation every 1 sec for 5 sec. When triggered, the runes stun the triggering player and additionally inflict 7.5 Fire damage every 1 sec for 8 sec.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Rupturing Runes is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec. It triggers Rupturing Runes.
- Effect 2 is Dummy (effect type 3).
What it does
Rupturing Runes is a spell with a 1.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), an 8 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Rupturing Runes (record #450861).
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
