How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Persistent Area Aura (effect type 27). It applies aura type 20. Its base value is 5 per tick. Its area radius is 3.5 yards. It ticks every 3 sec, 5 times over the full 15 sec (25 base in total).

What it does

Sanctify is a Holy spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in a 3.5 yard radius every 3 sec.
