Right now you will need to complete the prerequisites to interact with the forge and turn in the schematic quests

WARNING. Dont be like me and start farming this key for days on multiple characters, while you already have 2 of them in your bag or bank. THE ICON on wowhead is different than in game. Here the icon is a red key thing, but in game its a blue bronze key with a blue string. since im dumb and I dont read the items in my bag, I just look at the Icons, I missed that I already had 2 of them, and was mindlessly farming, when I decided to check again why its not dropping, and then I realized I had 2 of them in my mains bag, so it couldnt even drop if I wanted. Wasted like 6 days of my life just because the Icon here is wrong.

[item=189464] is a protoform synthesis mount.

To collect this schematic you need to travel to Antecedent Isle. After teleporting look straight, you should see a large arc.
The schematic is almost on the top of that arc, sits next to the spot where a pillar connects the arc.
