In addition, by reaching level 30 and visiting Boralus (Alliance) or Dazar'alor (Horde), a quest will be automatically received to learn a new flying mount, either [item=206567] (Alliance) or [item=206566] (Horde).

When I entered BFA zone by clicking portal, quest called as Time to Fly (Horde), or Time to Fly (Alliance) popped up.
It was intant turn it quest and mount appered in my bag.
At the moment of this post, this mount shows as a ground mount if filtered that way. Took me a minute after a new lvl 30 to realize it.
