TheWoWDBI've done about 50 Silver Mackerel cooking workorders so far however this recipe seems to be very elusive. It's the only one i'm still missing, and i've managed to get every other recipe to rank 2. Rank 3 cooking recipies either aren't implemented yet or the chances are as horribly low as the gathering professions rank 3 recipies/techniques.
