How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers Sentinel Blast.

What it does

Sentinel Blast is a Shadow spell with a 2 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Sentinel Blast (record #64679).
