Apparently Shadebound gear CANNOT be transmogged? (Shadebound Gauntlets)

Had a LW make the head, shoulder, chest, wrist, waist, legs and feet for a new lvl 60 alt and used the Crafters Mark II upgrading from 151 to lvl 168 and NONE of the items can be transmogged.

Is that a bug or intended?
