This week the anvil is at /way The Azure Span 53.9 30.3
and forge is at /way The Azure Span 53.1 31.4
Anyone know what "ability" triggers the proc? Or is it from anything? Think I had it proc from activating my dragon mount to fly off. Very inconsistent if it does it like that.
After some experimentation.
For Protection Paladins, Divine Toll counts as an "Ability"
Also, if you have "Ride Along" ability engaged on your Dragon mount. It will proc the shield everytime. Which I think is a bug. Going to report it and see where it goes.
