Shatter Essence

In case anyone is wondering, like I was

It doesn't matter which material you shatter, they all give you the same buff values.

it's very tiresome to use this buff everytime, so here's a macro that will instantly do it with 1 press:

it uses the cheapest material, which is Crystalline Powder, that needs to be in your bags, as it can't use it from your bank.

Grants the [spell=445798] buff for 5 minutes, which can be increased up to 15 minutes via the Supplementary Shattering tree.

This buff at baseline grants 15 Resourcefulness, Ingenuity, and Multicraft while active. This can be increased by another 60 through the Supplementary Shattering tree, and an additional 90 to each stat through each of the sub trees, for a potential maximum of 165 to those stats.

Another comment says that it also affects professions other than Enchanting, but this doesn't appear to be the case for me. However, Crystalline Powder remains the cheapest item to shatter, currently auctioning for just under 2 gold each.
