- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 101. Its base value is -20.
What it does
Shattering Throw is a Physical spell with a 1.5 sec cast, a range of 30 yards, a 5 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 100) and applies an aura.
