TheWoWDBConsumed on use. Gives a 10 second Buff called "Cleaning" while the toon makes action similar to cleaning hands. Did not leave any apparent benefit such as shiny or sparkling. Perhaps this is a nod to Covid-19 & the need to wash hands. As I had no debuffs or similar when I used this, cannot say yet if it actually removes anything like diseases, etc.

Could possibly ask your raid to use them before you have to stack for a boss
