Your offensive spells build stacks of Singularity, gaining Versatility and Speed per stack, up to 20.
Upon reaching 20, these bonuses are doubled and persist for 20 seconds. After it expires, you lose all stacks and must wait 40 seconds before approaching the Singularity again.
How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does
Singularity Supreme is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 10 min. When cast it applies an aura. It stacks up to 20 times.
