How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura has a 50% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 30 sec.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 1 min, 15 times over the full 15 min.
What it does
Sinstone Bond is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 10 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 min. When cast it applies an aura every 1 min.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
