How it works

Siphoning is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 160, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Insidious Insight.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 160, which the datamine does not name. It triggers spell id 409901.

What it does

Siphoning is a spell with a 1.5 sec cast and a range of 5 yards. It also casts Insidious Insight.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
