TheWoWDBGives a 10 minute buff upon eating which lets you hold an ice cream cone in your hand and occasionally experience a seemingly harmless "brain freeze". There exist multiple variations of the ice cream you hold in your hand. While you can run around and ride your dragon mount without losing your ice cream, it will disappear upon entering combat.
Tip: it requires snowballs to create, so be sure to stuck up during the Feast of Winter Veil event if you don't own the Snowstorm mount.
