How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Spectral Sight is built from 6 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Spectral Sight.
- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Spectral Sight.
