How it works

Each cast of Speed Boost costs 50 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown.

Speed Boost is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 31. Its base value is 100. It scales with 1 times spell power.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 0, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 1.

What it does

Speed Boost is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
