How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 20 times over the full 10 sec. It triggers Spirit Bolts.
What it does
Spirit Bolts is a Shadow spell with a 1.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Spirit Bolts (record #245384).
