How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 0.1 sec, 10 times over the full 1 sec.

What it does

Splatter is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 10 sec cooldown and effects that last 1 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.1 sec.
