How it works

Steam Blast is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 138, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 100.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.
  3. Effect 3 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Safe Fall.

What it does

Steam Blast is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 10 yards and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Safe Fall.
