So I built the forge, got to level 2, farmed the truesteel ore from my mine, created the work orders for the 100 truesteel ingots and had the garrison blacksmith at the forge make this for me. I see the tool tip shows stage 1 of 3, stage 2 of this weapon changes it to an epic ilevel 645 (?), my question is how do i make this weapon into a stage 2 weapon?
