How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

Sterilize is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 136.027 per tick. Its area radius is 8 yards. It ticks every 1 sec, 4 times over the full 4 sec (544.11 base in total).
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12. Its area radius is 8 yards.

What it does

Sterilize is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 25 sec cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it applies an aura in an 8 yard radius every 1 sec and applies an aura in an 8 yard radius.
