How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its area radius is 70 yards. It ticks every 3 sec, 10 times over the full 30 sec. It triggers Stormcloud.
What it does
Stormcloud is a Nature spell with a 3 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), an 8 sec cooldown and effects that last 30 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 70 yard radius every 3 sec. It also casts Stormcloud (record #136345).
