How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1.

What it does

Subjugate is an Arcane spell with a 1.5 sec cast, a range of 40 yards, a 5 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 40 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic.
