Ethereal Soul-Trader

Am I terribly wrong to want to buy the loot card that lets you summon this guy just to ogle at him all day long?

Ethereals are sexy. And cool. And should be a playable race, but that would be so awesome it would cleave Azeroth in twain.

Anyways, this guy is the non-combat pet that is taught when you redeem an "Ethereal Plunderer" loot card from the World of Warcraft TCG game. Prices for these cards are around $180~$230 Buy It Now on Ebay at time of posting, around $140 if you bid. Quite a bit of money to drop on a vanity pet, even one that behaves like a limited vendor. No, it won't repair or buy your greys- it just sells you cosmetic items in exchange for Ethereal Credits, which you receive for every honor/experience granting mob you kill while this guy is at your side. He isn't called a Soul-Trader for nothing.

Actually... do Ethereals have genders? I've always wondered. Maybe I should be calling him an It.

Helpful tips:

im a holy / disc priest, i rarely ever kill mobs, im lvl 85 and do anyhow do quite alot of achis, what i've noticed is good farming places, is Culling of stratholme, the zombies in there which is for [Zombiefest!] in the first wave parts, they respawn fast and give [Ethereal Credit], and easy & fast too farm. ( yes, at lvl 85 )
