How it works
Spells that share its cooldown category wait 3 sec after it is cast. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 428. It triggers Summon Fire Elemental.
What it does
Summon Fire Elemental is a Fire spell with a 2 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 20 sec cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Summon Fire Elemental (record #464366).
