TheWoWDBOnce you learn the spawn points of all three lakes, it's pretty easy to farm for Mr Pinchy. On my priest it took 9 wishes from 3 Pinchies (4 months of BC fishing), but on my druid I got the Pinchy from my first Lich King highland cast (screenshotted my Gnome and the Sea achievement and Pinchy window), and a magical crawdad from the first wish. RNG, go figure.

spent 3 hours fishing and got it :) then i got this pet on my 2nd wish. first one gave me 6 potion of speed and some mana+healthpots.
This is in fact the spell that summons the Magical Crawdad mini-pet, *not* the box that gives a chance to obtain the mini-pet.
