How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Surging Power is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 31. Its base value is 5.
- Effect 2 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Surging Power.
- Effect 3 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Surging Power.
What it does
Surging Power is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Surging Power (record #353279) and Surging Power (record #353280). It stacks up to 20 times.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
