TheWoWDBThis enchant decreases a hearthstone's cast time from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.
I discovered an interesting side effect in that it makes the [item=110560] cast instant cast, since that was only ever a 5 second cast.It doesn't affect the [item=140192], so the fact that it affects the garrison hearthstone is probably unintended.
Update: the [item=110560] is now 2.5 seconds with this enchant. [item=140192] is still unaffected.
