It cost 270x[item=49927] which cost 270xLovely Charm Bracelet or are acquired from other sources like dailys.

Lovely Charm Bracelet are created by 10x[item=49655]

[item=49655] are created when killing npcs who give honor or exp while having [item=49661] in your bag

Swift Lovebird = 270x[item=49927]

As of 2/12/2014 [npc=40923] within [zone=5004] will no longer grant you [item=49655]!

However, there is a new spot to farm [item=49655] from [npc=59458] and [npc=59551] within [zone=5963]

The Strategy:

• For the love of all things (no pun intended) don't forget to get a [item=49661] prior to starting this farm!
•

• You will need to clear your way to [npc=56637] by killing the two [npc=59605] and the three [npc=56924]. Note that these [npc=56924] can inflict [spell=107175] which may be troublesome for casters.
• 
  
  

• 
  
• You will have to kill a total of 40 Hozen before [npc=56637] will spawn. Use [npc=56682] which will deal [spell=106648] to whatever you crash into, thus significantly speeding up this process.

• Once [npc=56637] spawns go ham on him. Watch out for his frontal [spell=106807] which is avoidable by simple moving out from the front of him. He also stacks [spell=106651] so down him as quickly as possible.

• After downing [npc=56637] proceed to the stairs where you will find [npc=60208], [npc=59551] and occassionally a [npc=56718]. You can stand at the base of the steps (the area right out side of [npc=56637]'s crashed party and farm them. Countless [item=49655] from these little guys and they are easy to down.

• [npc=56718] uses [spell=114291] which could be a minor setback for casters however they are not as common as the [npc=60208] and [npc=59551]

• Should you hapen to get overwhelmed with [npc=60208]'s and [npc=59551]'s just [spell=111662] them by using a [npc=59539] to send them flying to the heavens. However doing this will not grant any [item=49655].

• If you engage [npc=56717] this will cease the endless spawn of [npc=60208] and [npc=59551].
•

• Be prepared for a hefty repair bill. Roughly 1% armor degradation per minute farming here. [item=49040] would be handy, but nonetheless you can head to town to repair and convert [item=49655] to Lovely Charm Bracelet and turn them in for [item=49927] which stack up to 250.

• Downing [npc=56637] will not save you to this instance. Should you happen to zone out, use your [item=6948] or log out you will have to restart the entire process from scratch!

I am currently able to solo and farm this on my 90 Rogue using [spell=51723] and [spell=121411] while keeping [spell=73651] up via [spell=63254].

10 minutes = 100 [item=49655]
30 minutes = 300 [item=49655]

Don't forget to do the Daily Quests as they will each grant you with 5x[item=49927] which equate to 50x[item=49655]. You can earn a total of 30x[item=49927] a day which = 300x[item=49655]!
