This is the old Darnassian Mistsaber that used to be purchased with 100 champion seals, that mount has now been replaced with the Darnassian Nightsaber, and the old one is available in the form of this mount. I just bought one today to confirm.
This mount is one of the new added in the Argent Tournament for each faction which cost 400g and 5 Champion's Seal, the other mounts still cost 100 Champion's Seal
