In case anyone saw this spell by mistake, it is the spell you get after using(right-clicking) the epic rare item Reins of the Swift Spectral Tiger. This spell summons a Rare mount called the Swift Spectral Tiger, it adds 100% speed and it's for level 60, just like any normal level 60 mount, but it is very beautiful, and rare. I think you get it from a card in the Blizzard Trading Card game, but i am not sure. Happy Riding!
The level to ride has been reduced to 40, so you can ride 20 levels earlier!
