How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec. It triggers Tantrum.

What it does

Tantrum is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), an 8 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Tantrum (record #155222).
