How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Temporal Backlash is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 0.75 per tick. Its area radius is 100 yards. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec (3.75 base in total).
What it does
Temporal Backlash is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it deals Arcane damage (base value 3.5) in a 100 yard radius and applies an aura in a 100 yard radius every 1 sec. It stacks up to 99 times.
