How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1.

Terrifying Screech is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 7. Its area radius is 50000 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its area radius is 50000 yards. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 6 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers Cosmetic - Periodic Cower Effect.

What it does

Terrifying Screech is a Shadow spell with a 2 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), an 8 sec cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 50000 yard radius and applies an aura in a 50000 yard radius every 0.5 sec. The client files the whole spell under the fleeing mechanic. It also casts Cosmetic - Periodic Cower Effect.
