Thundering Ruby Cloud Serpent

This is the mount from the rare elite Alani <The Stormborn>, that flies around Vale of Eternal Blossom. In order to obtain this mount you must first collect 10 Skyshards which then can be turned into a Sky Crystal. Using the Sky Crystal removes the protective shroud from Alani and allows you to engage her in combat. Upon defeating her she will drop the mount version of herself, 100% of the time.
