How it works
Time Displacement is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

- Effect 4 is Teleport (effect type 252).
What it does
Time Displacement is a spell with an instant cast and an unlimited range. When cast it has a Teleport effect. It also casts Inky Blackness, Time Displacement (record #296644) and Time Displacement Fade to Black.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
