TheWoWDBJC specialization to reduce cooldown does not work on this craft currently. Wasted all the knowledge points to get 50% reduced cooldown and its still at 20 hours.

still like this, after 2 weeks of expansion...
I don't know when they fixed it, but I picked up this specialization yesterday (10 points into glassware), and while it did not reduce my already ongoing cooldown on Timewatcher's Patience, it did half the cooldown on my next craft. So currently, it's working.
