Since 25 Blood of Sargeras translates into 25,000 resources in my mind, I don't see myself doing this ever, especially when I average 1 Primal Sargerite every 10 nodes right now. And yes, as of 9/11 you only get 1 Primal Sargerite from the transmute since there are no ranks to upgrade into multiple procs. That might change with all the hotfixes in the morning, but we'll see.
1 primal sargerite has a craft implied value about half as much as 1 blood. So the mats are worth 50 times more than the product. The only time this spell ever had any purpose was for people who were desperate to get 935 crafted gear on day 0.
