- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 26. It applies the rooted mechanic.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 428. It triggers Umbral Weave.
What it does
Umbral Weave is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 300 yards and effects that last 12 sec. When cast it deals Shadow damage (base value 15), applies an aura with the rooted mechanic and applies an aura. It also casts Umbral Weave (record #446719).
