Does anyone know how the proc heal works? I'm assuming it's like Judgement of Light in that it can proc once per second but would appreciate some testing. See what happens with a Fury Warrior/Enhancement Shaman/Rogue/Frost DK, something with fast multihits. see if you get 10-15 per cast for a 1 second ICD, or if it goes crazy and you see like 50+ from it, or just something bad like 3 so you know it has a 5 second ICD.
