You need 2 of these to max out a gem to ilvl 424, along with to upgrade the gems they have to be pulled from the ring before you're able to upgrade them. MAKE SURE TO PLUCK THE STONES OUT, AS IF YOU SLOT ONE IN OVER ANOTHER IT WILL DESTROY IT!

So, my main put in 6 separate orders to my JC alt for one item each, because there does not appear to be a quantity option in the crafting orders. However, the recipe can apparently create extras (though I see no indication on it that it can do this), and while I requested 6 individual items, I got 9 back, because one request returned 2, and another request returned 3! Now I have 9 stones when I needed 6....and I can't send them to any other characters because they're soulbound. :( If, instead, the crafting system allowed me to submit 1 order for 6 total items, time and materials would have been saved on both ends, as the extra items would have completed the order in fewer item crafts. When my JC made the first set of 6 to upgrade her own stones, only 1 item was crafted each time. I did not notice extra items being created while crafting, as I was just quickly running through the order list (accept -> craft -> complete) so I didn't see extra items until I opened the mail back on my main. Has anyone else gotten extras like this?
