If you apply Updraft before using Disengage, the slow fall buff will be removed. However, you CAN use Updraft with Disengage by using Disengage first. The following macro will work:
/cast Disengage
/cast Updraft
If it's been moved to level 60, it should show in the pet spell book as a lvl 60 ability.
