How it works

Spells that share its cooldown category wait 1.5 sec after it is cast. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

What it does

Updraft is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 70 yards, a 5 sec cooldown and effects that last 0.3 sec. When cast it makes the caster jump to a location and applies an aura. It also casts Updraft (record #397005).
