Upgrade

How it works

Upgrade is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 313, which the datamine does not name.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 5, which the datamine does not name.

What it does

Upgrade is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
