TheWoWDBKhadgar in Dalaran will have the quest. I did not notice the quest until after I was already rank 3 with all the other bosses in Nighthold.

After you get rank 3 with all other bosses (EN, ToV and NH) khadgar will have a quest for you which gives you rank 3 Gul'dan. Not sure if you need rank 2 Gul'dan but i'd guess you do.
To anyone who has gotten this quest and rank 3 PLEASE HALP
so i have rank 3 of all night hold runes and still have not gotten this quest BUT i do not have rank 3 of all the Emerald nightmare runes. because the quest is called "Vantus rune mastery" i feel like i need all of the rank 3s out there.
Do you have rank 3 of ALL the vantus runes Emerald nightmare AND Nighthold?
