After daily reset complete The Lost Component + A New Architect quests to unlock [spell=366367].

To collect this schematic you need to travel to Resonant Peaks and collect 30 cosmic energy. Teleport from Gravid Repose to Tertius Locus.
The schematic is below the platform you teleport to. Go west, there you should see a spot to jump down from. This area unlocks as a part of ZM campaign.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Vespoid Flutterer mount.
