TheWoWDBI'm firmly convinced (and have been for some time) that Blizzard does not do probability right.
I've made something 14 times, used this each time getting my inspiration chance up to 32% each time and got absolutely zero procs on Inspiration.
Considering how this entire game is based on rng it's pretty sad.
