[item=189447] is a protoform synthesis battle pet.
To unlock protoform crafting research [order-advancement=1931] and complete Protoform Synthesis quest.

Schematic can be found inside the [object=373543] treasure chest.
The chest can be found in the cave at the provided coordinates but it's inactive and can't be unlocked.
There are multiple tablets in the same cave, using them grants you with glowing rune above. You need to get the correct rune to make the chest unlocked.
I had tried three times and every time the solution was a kind of "pause" rune - its at 57.92 78.85. Will be updated if the puzzle changed.

To get [item=189379] you need to find [item=189447] in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

   The chest it locked inside of the cave, to unlock it it you have to press the right tablet
   which can be found in the top left corner from the entrance perspective.
