L'ura passively tears open a rift to the void every 4 sec. After 3 rifts are opened, L'ura summons an from each of them, inflicting 10 Shadow damage to her target for each lance. This effect closes the rifts.

What it does

Void Portal is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.
